Unfortunately, our office area does not have pantry but we do provide a sink for tenant to wash their cups, container, etc and we also provide a water dispenser that are shared among tenants.
Tenant can access the office area at any time of the day as we will provide a card access and key.
The minimum would be one year but can be discussed on if month-to-month, do take note that the monthly rental fee will be different from what we stated above if you plan on renting month-to-month.
